Year 2 - 7500²ft
Year 5 - 12000²ft
Year 20 - 100,000²ft
50% ground coverage = 5 acre compund.
PAY AS YOU GO
- The customer only pays for occupied buildings/modules on the reserved 5 acre site
Year 1 - 5000²ft @ £TBC
Year 2 - 7500²ft @ £TBC
Year 5 - 12000²ft @ £TBC
Year 20 - 100,000²ft @ £TBC
- Data Centres may be leased or purchased.
- The leasing option will allow customers to reserve additional space for future expansion without paying until occupied.
NOTE
- Leased Data Centres will eliminate CAPEX and significantly reduce OPEX
